AMAN has no paid staff. Donations go directly into the cost of the work — food and essentials for families, meals and gift baskets for first responders, materials for vaccination and health clinics, and the venue and printing costs of our free career training.
Because the organization is volunteer-run, the overhead a donation has to cover before it reaches a neighbor is unusually small.
